Regrown' Grounds is a first-generation micro dairy farm. 

We are committed to providing our family and community with nourishment and homegrown sustenance. 

Nestled in Crumpler, NC, we care for a small herd of

mixed heritage breed dairy cows, a flock of chickens, 

Muscovy ducks, and large vegetable and herb gardens.

Regrown' Grounds unfurled from our desire to reconnect

 to the soil, people, and way of life within Appalachia. 

Planting roots here in 2020 initiated us into living with the land  and community with reciprocity and awareness. As we become stewards to our earth, that awareness has expanded, and the connections to the world around us have deepened.

Our farm name is inspired by many; our drive to nourish the soil and grounds for regrowth and with love, the intention to raise quality food to share with the community, and have each being on our farm integrated into the cultivation of the land. We also feed our soil with coffee grounds from our favorite local coffee shops: Hatchet West and Lansing Cafe & General Store.
