Raw milk is milk directly from the cow, non-pasteurized and non-homogenized. Raw milk retains natural enzymes and proteins in their original form. Raw milk will naturally separate, as you can see in our cream-top jars.
Short answer: most likely.
Long answer: We have not had our girls tested for the gene, but based on their breeds, there is a very good chance they produce A2A2 milk.

Our cows are raised on lush pasture and silvo-pasture and have free-access to minerals and hay. A forage-based diet supports strong digestion, animal health, and milk that reflects the richness of the land.
They are also fed a rationed amount of grain, alfalfa, beet pulp, sunflower seeds, oats, and flax seed oil at milking-time to optimize body composition and milk quality.
